Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Victor Lima 6, the investment process, and how Propopoly works.

About Victor Lima 6

What exactly am I investing in?

You’re investing in a company — Victor Lima 6 Limited — set up solely to buy and develop a specific property. Each investment consists of ‘stapled securities’ — one share paired 1:1 with a digital Token recorded on a blockchain.

Why was the company created?

Victor Lima 6 Limited is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) that exists only to acquire and develop one specific property. Once the project is complete, the goal is to sell the dwellings and return profits to investors.

Why use blockchain?

Each Token represents a share, recorded on a blockchain for transparency, security, and easier transfer within the platform. It provides a tamper-resistant record of ownership.

How do I invest?

Create an account, complete identity checks, verify your bank account, add funds, and then submit your application to invest. Once Settlement occurs, your Tokens will appear in your account.

Can I sell my Tokens?

Yes. Once trading opens, you can trade Tokens peer-to-peer on the platform. The sale price depends on market demand — you might sell for more or less than you paid.

How do investors make money?

Through dividends (if profits are distributed) and capital gains (if Tokens are sold for a higher price). Returns depend on market and development performance and are not guaranteed.

What are the risks?

Key risks can include single-asset risk, development and market risk, liquidity risk, and operational/technology risks. You could lose some or all of your investment. Full details are set out in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

What rights do I have as an investor?

You may have voting rights on key company decisions, the right to receive distributions (if any), access to investor communications, and the ability to sell your Tokens through the platform (subject to any lock-ups and market demand). Shares are held on bare trust for you by an independent trustee.

Where can I find official documents?

You can find the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and other official documents on New Zealand’s Disclose Register at www.business.govt.nz/disclose (and linked on the platform when available).

Investor protections: Shares are held by a licensed trustee. You'll receive regular updates and reporting, with transparent access to project information. Our team is available to answer questions.
